Online registration closes: Monday May 27th at midnight EST.
Onsite registration opens Tuesday May 28th at 5:00pm.
After May 27, please wait for onsite registration starting on Tuesday May 28th at 5pm. Registrations received between May 27 and May 28 will have to be re-processed onsite.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing.
Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is received in writing at convene@aol.com before April 24, 2013. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after April 24, 2013, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
